Refund Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact and included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-refundable items: Final sale items, personalized/customized products, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
Return Process

- Include your order number and reason for return in your email
- We will provide you with return instructions and shipping address
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
